Instructions: 

Heat a frypan over a medium heat. Add a drizzle of oil. When pan is hot, add Haloumi skewer and cook for 2 minutes a side until cooked through (can also be cooked on the BBQ).

To serve, place pumpkin salad onto serving plates, dress with salad dressing and top with haloumi skewers.
