Instructions: 

Boil the kettle. Place Noodles into a large bowl and cover with boiling water. Leave to soften for 3-4 minutes. Once soft strain and rinse under cold water, set aside. Heat a frypan over a medium heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil. When pan is hot, add Beef strips and stir-fry for a minute or two until medium rare (or cooked to your liking). To serve, place Noodles and Thai Salad onto a large serving platter and pour over Thai Dressing. Then arrange Beef strips over the top and sprinkle with toasted Seed, Nuts and Shallot mixture.

Beef Rump Steak, Vermicelli Noodles, Mixed Salad Leaves, Red Cabbage, Carrot, Cucumber Cherry Tomatoes, Mint, Corinader, Spring onion, Cashew, Crispy Shallots, Sesame Seeds. Lime, Tamari, Fish Sauce, Coconut Aminos, Coconut Sugar, Ginger, Garlic.
