Teriyaki Salmon Sushi Bowl

Atlantilc Salmon fillets marinated in our house made Teriyaki dressing.

Grilled until medium, served over a bed of biodynamic brown rice (Grown locally in casino)

Accompanied by stir fried Asian vegetables, house made pickled vegetables and sesame nori chips, finished with a unmani teriyaki dressing.

Instructions:

While Rice is cooking, heat a frypan over a medium heat. Add a drizzle of Olive Oil. When pan is hot, add Salmon, skin side down. Cook fish for 5 minutes until skin is golden and crispy. Turn fillets over and cook for a further 5 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Wipe out pan and place Greens into pan tossing to heat through. Dress with the Teriyaki Dressing and take off heat. Divide Rice amongst serving bowls, serve with Salmon, Greens, pickled Vegetables and a Lime wedge. Sprinkle with Sesame and Nori Chips.
