Instructions:

Heat oven to 220°C, carefully place Polenta Chips onto a lined baking tray, brush lightly with olive oil. Cook for 10 minutes, turn over and cook for a further 10 minutes or until crisp and golden. Pour contents of Ragu jar into a covered saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring to ensure that it is evenly heated through. Serve Ragu with Polenta Chips.
