Instructions:

While Rice is cooking, place 2 Tbsp Coconut oil in large frying pan on med/high heat. When pan is hot lay Chicken gently and allow to cook until golden brown on each side or until cooked through (2-3 mins each side). Place Sauce in pan over low heat and stir often until simmering. When cooked, remove Chicken from heat, wipe crumbs from pan, and add another Tbsp Coconut oil. When hot, stir fry Broccolini for 2 mins, then add other Greens and cook for another minute or until cooked to your liking. Serve Chicken with Rice, Stir-fried Greens and cover with Sauce.
