Delicious byron gourmet pasta Ravioli, teamed with roast pumpkin, asparagus and a delicious sage and hazelnut burnt butter. A match made in heaven.

 

Instructions:

Bring a large saucepan of salted boiling water to the boil, when boiling add ravioli and cook for 4- 5 minutes until al dente, drain well. Heat a frypan over a medium heat, add sage and hazelnut butter, asparagus and roast pumpkin cook for 2 minutes until asparagus is al dente and butter is just browning. Add drained ravioli, toss to coat. Serve in bowls topped with parmesan cheese (optional)
