Empty contents of the Mexican Filling into a saucepan, cover and cook over a medium heat until simmering and heated through. Pick and wash lettuce leaves, place onto a serving plate. To assemble, place hot Filling mix, Purple Slaw, Yum Yum Sauce and Guacamole into bowls at the table for everybody to build their own tacos using the Lettuce. (Suggestion: serve with
tortilla chips for some extra crunch)
