Crisp Asian salad, coriander and spring onion tossed with organic soba noodles, tender marinated strips of chicken. Finished with a delicious macadamia satay sauce made using local macadamia nut butter. A satisfying, flavourful bowl of goodness.

Instructions: 

Cook soba noodles in a saucepan of boiling water for 4-5 minutes strain and rinse under cold water, set aside. Heat a frypan over a medium heat. Add a drizzle of oil. When pan is hot, add chicken strips and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked through, add satay sauce and cook for a furhter inute to heat sauce. To serve, place Noodles, asian salad, and chicken into a large bowl toss to combine and serve at the table.

Chicken breast, soba noodles, Red Cabbage, chinese cabbage Carrot, cucumber, Corinader, Spring onion. Satay sauce: macadamia nut butter, coconut milk, Lemongrass, red onion, curry powder, sesame oil, Lime, Tamari, Coconut Aminos, Coconut Sugar, Ginger, Garlic, Chilli.
