Crispy marinated Tofu, served with steamed local biodynamic brown rice, stir-fried greens, homemade seasonal pickled vegetables. Finished with a flavourful umami sauce, toasted sesame, coriander and spring onions.

 

Instructions:

While Rice is cooking, heat a frypan over a medium heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil. When pan is hot, add tofu strips, cook for 2 minutes on each side until golden and crisp. Remove from the pan and set aside. Toss Broccoli in the same pan, stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Add Bok Choy, snowpeas and mix through, cooking for another minute. To assemble; divide Rice amongst serving bowls, top with Greens, Tofu and Pickled Veggies. Drizzle with Dressing and a sprinkle of Sesame and Coriander Leaves.
