Instructions:

Heat oven to 180°C. Place Salmon and Potatoes on trays lined with baking paper. Put the Fish in first, then the Potatoes after the Fish has baked for 5 mins. Bake Fish for another 10 mins or until cooked to your liking. Serve Fish with Potatoes and a side of Salad dressed with Salsa Verde.
