Instructions:

Place Mushrooms onto a lined baking tray and into preheated oven (170°C), for 10-15 minutes until toppings are golden brown. Empty Cauli Puree into a saucepan over low heat, stirring often while bringing to the boil. Bring a Medium sized saucepan of water to boil, then place in Greens for 1-2 minutes or to your liking. Strain and toss through Lemon Thyme Butter and cracked Black Pepper. Serve Mushrooms over a bed of Cauli Puree with a side of Greens..
