Instructions:

On a lined baking tray, place the Wedges in a preheated oven (180°C). Roast Wedges for 7 – 10 mins. Drizzle a generous amount of olive oil into large frying pan on med/high heat. When pan is hot lay in crumbed whiting. Allow to cook until golden brown on each side and cooked through (3 mins each side, depending on pan heat). Serve with Roast Wedges and dressed Salad.
