Crispy Cauliflower tacos

Preheat oven to 180 degrees, place cauliflower onto lined baking tray and bake for 10 minutes or until crisp and heated through. Pick and wash lettuce leaves, place onto a serving plate. To assemble, place crispy cauliflower, Purple Slaw, Guacamole and yum yum sauce into bowls at the table for everybody to build their own tacos using the Lettuce. (Suggestion: can also serve with
tortillas if desired)
