Instructions:

Heat oven to 180°C.While rice is cooking. Place Salmon parcels on a baking tray, bake for 8-10 minutes (to your liking). While salmon is cooking heat a fry pan over a high heat with a little coconut oil, toss broccolini and snowpeas into pan along with a dash of tamari tossing for 1 minute. Serve fish parcels with a side of jasmin rice and greens.
