Crispy Pan fried Cauliflower, chickpea and haloumi burgers, served over a morrocan inspired roast carrot, beetroot and quinoa salad, layered with baby spinach leaves, mint and toasted pumpkin seeds, finished with crumbled feta and a zesty orange dressing.

Instructions:

Heat a frypan over a medium high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil, place cauliflower burgers into the pan and cook for 3 minutes each side until golden brown and cooked through. Serve with dressed Roast Carrot and Quinoa salad.
