Instructions: 

Preheat oven to 200 degrees, place marinated tofu onto a lined baking tray. Cook for 25-30 minutes until golden and crisp. Alternatively you can cook the tofu in a frypan until crispy. To serve, place udon noddle salad into bowls dress with peanut dressing, top with tofu and enjoy.
